As our Senior Pattern Maker & Bra Specialist, you will be responsible for the pattern development and workmanship methods of our bra and lingerie categories – always taking into account the high quality and sustainability standards of the CALIDA GROUP and its brands such as COSABELLA. In addition, you will develop the expertise of plus sizes. Your main tasks will be the following:

• Close cooperation with the product management of the brands and technical execution of the product briefings
• Development and expansion of the cross-brand pattern libraries and construction kits for lingerie and underwear and especially bras
• Development of cross-group competence in the development of plus sizes – especially in the bra category
• Creation of product measurement tables and ensuring measurement consistency on the finished product in collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders
• Follow-up of the collection development process, timing and milestones
• Working closely with our production facilities on processing and developing critical processes such as molding
• Planning and execution of fittings in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
• Trend research for underwear and lingerie categories and implementation of innovations in terms of new cuts including the initiation of new product ideas
• Proactive role in continuous improvement in terms of quality, fit and sustainability and further development of knowledge via manuals and trainings
• Visiting trade shows and participating in events

• Studies or education of clothing technology with the focus on pattern making
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the bra and lingerie categories and thus expertise in terms of processing, fit and production
• Extensive knowledge of current customer and market requirements as well as current trends and innovations combined with a high level of product affinity
• Passion and openness for innovative ways of development
• Will to proactively and continuously improve the product in terms of quality, fit and sustainability
• Team player and networking with all departments – experience in a matrix organization is a plus
• Very good grading skills and in the use of the CAD pattern software Lectra Modaris Expert – Experience in the development of "large" sizes is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office – Knowledge of PLM Koppermann Tex-Define/-Design is an advantage
• Negotiation fluent in English – German, French and Italian are an advantage
• Willingness to travel to the headquarters, development and production hubs, as well as to external development and procurement partners.
