2. Data Collection
We collect application data that you provide to us as part of the application process (including title, surname, first name, date of birth, nationality, usual contact data such as postal address, e-mail address and telephone numbers, and technical data such as your IP address). In addition, we process the application documents you submit (resume, references, etc.). This data is stored in our applicant database, evaluated or forwarded internally as part of the application process. We may also receive data from third parties (e.g., references from your recommenders or a recruitment agency).
We collect your application data both for our own job offers and for those of our customers. We are responsible for processing your personal data in connection with the application process. You can find out whether the job offer is with us or one of our customers from the respective job advertisement.
3. Purpose of Use
We process your personal data solely for the purpose of assessing your suitability for the advertised position or, with your consent, for other vacant positions as well as for the purpose of managing the application process.
Your personal data is accessible only to selected employees from the HR department and individuals responsible for the selection of candidates. If employment is offered, your personal data will be forwarded to our HR department or the HR department of the client for whom you applied, and it will be stored in your personnel file. Data processing in the context of any employment relationship is subject to a separate arrangement.
4. Data Security
Personal data is protected by us through technical and organizational security measures. They are secured against unauthorised access, destruction, and loss. Our data processing and security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
Your personal data is stored and processed on the systems of our software partner, Refline AG. They are committed to high data protection standards and guarantee that your personal data is stored in data centres in Switzerland.
5. Right to Information and Deletion
With a request for information, you can ask for details about the personal data being processed about you. To do this, please contact the contact provided under item 1 in writing, while presenting an official identification. You have the option to correct or have your processed personal data deleted by us at any time.
We reserve the right to retain personal data for which we can rely on a legal justification or a legal obligation for retention.Application documents from unsuccessful candidates in connection with a specific application for an open position will be deleted no later than six months after the position has been filled.If you have also permitted the use of your application for other available positions, your personal data will typically be kept for more than six months but will be deleted no later than 2 years.
6. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
The disclosure of your personal data takes place exclusively for the purposes described here. The disclosure is limited to a few service providers or data processors, such as the previously mentioned Refline AG or any potential cloud service providers.
Since your applications also pertain to positions with our clients, your personal data may be shared with the clients specified in the job advertisements as part of the application process.
We comply with legal regulations regarding the disclosure of personal data to third parties. In cases where we employ data processors to provide our services, we establish appropriate contractual arrangements as well as the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of your personal data.
The disclosure of your personal data is primarily made to recipients in Switzerland, with the reservation that we may also disclose it to recipients in the EU and the EEA.
7. Changes to this Data Protection/Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Data Protection/Privacy Policy at any time. The version available on the application portal is always the current version.
