The Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning is the competence center for university teaching at the ZHAW School of Management and Law. Our team utilizes the findings of current research in university teaching and our own experience as instructors in selected key modules, integrating these into practice-oriented training and continuouseducation activities. The Center has a particular focus on research and development of innovative teaching and learning methods in the field of digital learning. Educational Designer (60 - 100 %)
Your tasks are:
- Guiding faculty in the process of designing, implementing and evaluating online or blended courses or programmes.
- Providing project management for learning projects for the ZHAW Open School.
- Participating in research and publications for innovative digital learning projects.
For this position you have a university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or in a related field plus several years' experience in online design and/or online course development. You are a committed consultant with strong communication skills in English and German. In addition to your ability to work in teams of various backgrounds, your strengths include an independent and reliable way of working and you would like to contribute to our innovative projects with a high level of commitment, flexibility and initiative. The position is initially limited to three years.
