The Department of Art and Media is now inviting applications for the following vacancy in its Bachelor of Fine Arts:
Lecturer in “Body and Language in Contemporary Art” (50%)
The post is available from the spring semester 2020 (or by arrangement) We are seeking an artist experienced in the thematic area of “body and language” within the field of contemporary art. The teaching load for this position is 50%. The appointee will also be expected to perform various duties and responsiblities within the University’s self-management scheme.

The terms and conditions of employment including remuneration are based on cantonal guidelines. The successful candidate will not be required to reside in Switzerland, although this would be desirable.
Other requirements include a very good knowledge of English. Applicants without any knowledge of German are required to develop their language skills during their first year of employment (B1).
