As part of our Quality Department, you will become the go-to expert for software implementation projects across our laboratory and quality environment. Working closely with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, IT, Operations, and external partners, you will lead the successful implementation and validation of new systems that support our future growth.
Digital Systems Implementation Manager (80-100%)
Your Role
- Lead software implementation and CSV activities from project initiation through successful go-live.
- Manage project plans, timelines, resources, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Ensure GMP-compliant implementation, validation, testing, documentation, and change management activities.
- Act as the key interface between business users, IT, quality functions, and external solution providers.
- Drive digital transformation, process optimization, and continuous improvement across quality and laboratory systems.
Your Profile
- Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing software implementation projects in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or life sciences environment.
- Solid understanding of GMP requirements, computerized system validation (CSV), and GAMP 5 principles.
- Experience implementing or validating laboratory, quality, manufacturing, or other GxP-regulated systems.
- Professional communication skills in German and English.
