Ophtapharm AG is an FDA/EU-GMP certified manufacturer in the pharmaceutical sector (ophthalmic products). At our production site in Hettlingen near Winterthur, high-quality products such as eye drops, ointments, and gels are aseptically produced, filled, and packaged for international markets.
As Manager Training, you will lead the transformation of our training landscape by digitalizing and optimizing training processes in a highly regulated GMP environment. You will drive the implementation of sustainable learning solutions that strengthen compliance, efficiency, and employee development across the organization.
To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking for an assertive and collaborative personality to join us at our site near Winterthur starting as soon as possible or by agreement as Manager Training (80-100%).
Manager Training (80-100%)
Your Role
- Lead the transformation and digitalization of the training function.
- Implement and continuously improve a new Learning Management System (LMS).
- Develop and drive the company-wide training strategy.
- Ensure training compliance and employee qualification in a GMP environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to foster continuous learning.
Your Profile
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in Training, Learning & Development, Quality, or a related function within a GMP-regulated environment.
- Proven track record in implementing and optimizing training processes, ideally including LMS implementation.
- Strong understanding of GMP training requirements and learning management systems.
- Confident presenter and trainer with excellent communication skills in German and English.
