As the independent quality authority for our manufacturing site, you will play a key role in quality-critical decisions and help shape the future direction of our quality organization and serve as a trusted partner to the leadership team.
Responsible Person (RP/FvP) (60-100%)
Your Role
- Act as the Responsible Person (RP/FvP) in accordance with Swiss regulatory requirements.
- Provide oversight of GMP compliance across our manufacturing operations.
- Assess quality-critical topics and support sound decisions that protect patients and product quality.
- Represent Ophtapharm during Swissmedic inspections and regulatory audits.
- Serve as a trusted partner who balances compliance, business needs and pragmatic solutions.
Your Profile
- MSc or PhD in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or a related scientific discipline.
- Eligible to act as RP/FvP under Swiss regulatory requirements and recognized by Swissmedic.
- Swissmedic-recognized RP/FvP with experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
- Strong expertise in GMP, regulatory requirements and quality risk-based decision making.
- Fluent in English, German skills are an advantage.
