For the Transport Phenomena in Electrochemistry Group we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Participating in the design of novel cells for X-ray imaging
- Preparing and performing operando X-ray tomography beamtimes
- Advancing the automation of tomographic data processing
- Analyzing the processed images
- Disseminating the results through presentations and publications in international conferences and journals
Your profile
- PhD degree in the fields of chemistry, physics or engineering, and with subsequent Postdoc experience
- Expertise in the acquisition and processing of tomographic data and proficient programming skills are a must
- Experience / know how in electrochemistry, fuel cells and / or beamtime completion are strongly appreciated
- Previous experience in personnel and / or project management is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills including advanced writing abilities in English
- Able to integrate easily into an interdisciplinary research team
