For the Neutron and Muon Instrumentation Laboratory we are looking for a
- Thermal expansion and ultrasound measurements on materials with non-trivial topological magnetic order
- Development and Implementation of Resonant Ultrasound Spectroscopy (RUS) Setup
- Programming of software for data analysis of RUS and thermal expansion data
- Data analysis
- Opportunity to participate in large-scale facility scattering experiments
We are looking for a candidate with a Master degree in physics or a related field and with enthustiasm for experimental work and programming. Experience with low-temperature bulk measurements and the design of instrumentation is beneficial. As a qualified candidate, you are thrive in a dynamic team enviroment.
