In our Digital Health Solutions research area, we develop innovative technologies for the long-term monitoring of people with the aim of improving health, safety and performance.
As part of two large interdisciplinary, prestigious projects, we are looking for a scientific project manager and a project acquisition expert. One project focuses on preventing type-2 diabetes to reduce the health and economic burdens on the Swiss healthcare system and population, using digital therapeutics.
The second project develops an intelligent body monitoring system that uses physiological parameters to record physical and mental performance in real time – with the aim of increasing safety in challenging work situations and laying the foundations for individualized therapies.
Your tasks
- Manage and coordinate these two challenging projects (scientific coordination, organization of meetings and events, project monitoring, etc.)
- Communication with project partners and external stakeholders
- Outreach on a national and international level
- Funding acquisition of mainly EU projects
- Lead a subproject of the diabetes project on digital shopping and cooking apps
Your profile
- Completed Master`s degree or PhD that is relevant for the field of digital health solutions (for example materials science, engineering, physics)
- Proven experience in project management and funding acquisition. You are very structured and diligent.
- Knowledge of digital health solutions, non-communicable diseases, or body monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English (both written and oral) are mandatory.
- You have a flair for communicating with industrial and academic partners.
