Your tasks
The Institute for Sensors and Electronics with its 35 employees is a competence center for sensor technology, with a special focus on aerosol measurement technology, as well as for microelectronics, communication technology and signal processing. Your tasks include:
The position is initially limited to two years and can be extended to carry out follow-up projects. If interested, there is the possibility to complete a part-time MSE master’s degree (duration 3 years).
- work on applied research projects in the fields of optoelectronics, communication technology, measurement technology and signal processing
- develop low-power embedded systems (hardware and software) as well as efficient algorithms
- plan, execute and evaluate experiments

Your profile
- bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- routine with embedded systems
- initial experience in hardware design and measurement technology
- willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
- independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
