Your Area of Responsibility

  • You shape the Menswear and Kidswear category strategy and develop consumer-relevant, brand-right and commercially successful collections.
  • You identify emerging consumer needs, market opportunities and category white spaces, translating them into impactful product concepts and category initiatives.
  • You own the assortment and price architecture across the product life cycle, balancing consumer appeal, profitability and sustainability.
  • You analyse market, consumer and product performance data and translate insights into clear commercial actions, forecasts and growth opportunities.
  • You drive category performance and profitability in close collaboration with the Director Product & Design, Design, Brand Merchandising, and work closely with Operations, Marketing, Sales and Controlling. 
  • You are equally comfortable analysing business performance, discussing product opportunities and driving execution to deliver results
  • You challenge the status quo and continuously explore new ideas, innovative product concepts and opportunities to strengthen category relevance and future growth.
  • You lead and develop Junior Product Managers, set priorities and ensure high-quality execution across the category.
  • You coordinate collection-related information and presentations across teams and support a successful go-to-market.
  • You continuously improve processes, tools and ways of working and contribute to strategic cross-functional projects.

What We Value

  • You have 8+ years of experience in Product or Category Management within the apparel or textile industry; bodywear or nightwear experience is a plus.
  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Apparel Management or a comparable field and bring strong apparel and textile expertise.
  • You combine creativity, consumer curiosity and a strong sense for trends with strategic, analytical and commercial thinking.
  • You understand how to connect consumer needs, brand objectives and business goals to create relevant and successful assortments.
  • You take ownership, set clear priorities and turn ideas into action with an entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset.
  • You bring leadership experience and enjoy developing people and collaborating across functions.
  • You are a confident communicator and presenter with a structured, quality-focused way of working.
  • You are fluent in German and English and willing to travel when needed.
