• Leading and developing the Strategy & Business Development function
• Track & trace of the strategic project portfolio in the established regular process and via extraordinary status meetings and reports.
• Identifying, scoping and leading projects of critical strategic importance to the brands – delivering high quality results against often tight deadlines
• Condense complex questions into pragmatic analytical frameworks and develop decision-/ implementation-ready solutions
• Defining, together with the CEO and the Group Management, strategic directions to acquire and retain a competitive advantage; work in close collaboration with other functions to ensure alignment with financial plans, workforce planning, etc.
• Acting as eye-level discussion partner and thought leader in close interaction with the Group Management
• You will be leading the preparation of high-impact documents enabling discussion and decision making in executive management meetings, up to the CALIDA GROUP Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors level
• Cascading the group strategy and the initiatives prioritized
• Ensuring follow-up to the strategic initiatives defined, mobilizing the whole leadership teams and escalating issues where needed
• Further develop and maintain business intelligence information, identifying adequate sources, to map competitive position and enable strategic decisions

• Project management or support of the project management in group-wide or brand-specific projects
• Ensuring project success through standardized project management along the course of the project (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, completion)
• Ensuring the achievement of objectives, taking into account scope, resources and scheduling
• Ensuring cross-divisional cooperation and, if necessary, escalation to the CEO or GROUP management

• Degree in business administration (Master degree)
• Several years of professional experience (min. 3 years) in a similar position - experience in the fashion industry, a management consultancy and/or a matrix organization is an advantage
• Excellent project-management and leadership skills – must have led major strategy projects and teams in the past with demonstrated excellent results
• International experience in studies and/or profession 

• Conversationally confident in German, English and ideally French
• Excellent knowledge of all common Office365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, ...)
• Strong IT affinity - SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good project management skills - recognized international standards such as PMI, PRINCE2, scrum, etc. are an advantage
