Your Role
- Execute HPLC method validation experiments for antibodies, proteins and peptides using various separation techniques (e.g. SEC, IEX, RP, peptide mapping)
- Collaborate closely with scientists and reviewers throughout validation studies
- Accurately document and evaluate raw data in compliance with GMP and internal standards
- Support the preparation, review and verification of validation reports and related documentation
- Provide hands-on support to the routine HPLC lab during peak workload or staff shortages
- Organize, perform and monitor maintenance and qualification activities for analytical instruments
Your Profile
- Completed laboratory training with at least 10 years of professional experience
- Strong expertise in HPLC/UPLC analysis and troubleshooting
- Proven experience in method validation within a GMP-regulated environment
- Experience contributing to or reviewing validation reports
- A reliable, detail-oriented and structured working style
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of lab activities
- Good command of both English and German (spoken and written)
