Your Role
- Handling complex customer orders in the field of nucleic acid analysis with precision and attention to detail
- Managing exciting qPCR and cell & gene therapy projects, particularly in the analysis of biopharmaceuticals within a GMP-regulated setting
- Performing routine analytical testing using established protocols
- Developing and validating analytical methods independently, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing expert support and guidance to our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Preparing clear and compliant analytical protocols and reports, ensuring data integrity at all times
- Maintaining laboratory infrastructure and analytical equipment to the highest quality and safety standards
- Accurate documentation and archiving of all lab activities, in line with GMP requirements
- Actively contributing to a collaborative team environment – solution-oriented, reliable, and eager to make a difference
Your Profile
- A completed biological lab technician training (or similar), preferably with experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment
- Practical knowledge of molecular biology techniques such as PCR, DNA sequencing or cloning
- FACS experience, method development or validations – a plus, not a must
- GMP and BL2 lab experience – nice to have, training can be provided
- A service-oriented attitude, initiative, and flexibility
- Proficient English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
