Job Description
- Support Order Management team (scope all Solvias entities)
- Support order check process at the start of the O2C process (including PO checks/holds, stale order management, controlled order line release, order adjustments)
- Work with customers to improve the data quality on customer order forms.
- Work to support implementation of ticketing system (and manage that system for order management personnel)
- Support in quote generation and invoicing as well as order management (to allow utilization of resource across the O2C process if needed)
- Advise on order management activities.
- Manage more complex order adjustment and troubleshoot problems.
- Any other reasonable O2C related tasks, including continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Order Management or Customer Support functions, ideally in a Life Science or Pharma environment
- Clear communication skills with a high focus on details
- Customer-centric mindset and openness to work with different internal stakeholders
- Digital affinity and ability to operate the systems used - especially D365
- Willingness to work remotely to a large extent
