Your tasks
- Growing sales for assigned accounts in the territory
- Full handling of client enquiries: Managing inbound calls and e-mails; point of contact for client requests
- Manage lead to order process, demand qualification, quoting, and follow-up to PO, process orders as main point of contact for the client
- Proactively engage with other functions in the organisation, to enhance communication, find solutions for a seamless experience and timely delivery to our customers
- Support Sales and Marketing with activities and campaigns
- Engaging with Sales Manager and Business Development Manager as one Team, the inside account management and other sales functions act in synergy, as an integrated team to develop the business, wherever opportunities are identified
Your qualifications and attributes
- Degree in a Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotechnology, or related subject
- Proven experience working in a Sales, or Customer Management Position
- Excellent ability to build and develop internal, as well as external relationships
- Customer service mindset
- Knowledge of analytical sciences
- Strong communication skills in written and speech (D must, E must, additional language is a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage several requests in parallel in a matrix environment
- Team player, proactive, and constructive attitude
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, experience with CRM is a plus
