Field Service Representative - B300 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
Jet Aviation - International Deployment Opportunity in Sri LankaJet Aviation is proud to offer a unique opportunity for experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (LAMEs) to support the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) in maintaining their fleet of Beechcraft King Air B350 aircraft. This is a temporary contract opportunity ideal for those seeking a high-impact international experience, working directly with the SLAF maintenance teams in China Bay, Sri Lanka.
We are seeking qualified B1 and B2 engineers to join as Field Service Representatives (FSRs). You will play a key role in providing technical expertise, mentoring SLAF technicians, and delivering real-time aircraft maintenance support in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Description/Tasks:
Your Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on technical support for scheduled and unscheduled B350 maintenance
- Guide and mentor SLAF maintenance technicians across line, base, and flight-line activities
- Collaborate with SLAF teams on troubleshooting and corrective action
- Support operational tasking and ensure readiness of SLAF B350 fleet
- Report regularly to Jet Aviation’s Program Manager in Australia
- Represent Jet Aviation professionally in-country
Qualification/Experience:
What you will Bring:- CASA, EASA or equivalent B1/B2 Licence (LAME)
- B300 King Air type-rating on Licence
- 5-years’ experience aviation experience, majority of experience being B300 aircraft maintenance in a complex regulatory environment.
- Proven commitment to safety
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders including Government Officials, across various levels of internal and external business units.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Common courtesy with a customer focused approach.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and in various weather conditions as well as meeting minimum physical requirements of the job.
- Ability to deploy on notification nationally or internationally.
- Experience with utilizing CAMP or equivalent Aircraft Maintenance Management system.
- Eligible to hold, and maintain, SLAF Security clearance.
- Experience as a trainer/assessor is desirable
- Previously held an Australian Defence Force Security or “Five-Eyes” clearance, would be advantageous.
- Experience delivering business outcomes and solutions by taking initiative, managing resources and setting clear direction is a benefit, but not essential
