Senior Logistics Officer

Description/Tasks:

Your Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • To perform inventory inspection, receiving, delivery and relocation in accordance with approved technical procedures

  • To comply with all regulatory authority requirements on the storage and handling of materials

  • To conduct periodic stock takes

  • To ensure accurate in/ out record for any materials & tooling for aircraft use.

  • Maintaining a valid List of Approved Vendors

  • Overseeing and facilitating aircraft parts direct sale activities.

  • To open and compile maintenance workpacks as per internal procedures

  • Coordinate with respective departments on client requests, such as billing/invoicing or others

  • Perform a review of completed workpacks prior to aircraft release, per internal procedures

  • Analyzing and reporting on stock and consignment status level to Finance Department

  • Identifying stock value and computing depreciation rate with reference to financial impact

  • Assisting reporting Manager with other departmental tasks as requested

  • Other duties as directed by the Company

  • Other ad-hoc projects when required

Qualification/Experience:

Successful candidate should have Knowledge and Experience in the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation/ Supply Chain Management/ Procurement or relevant disciplines

  • 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management/ Procurement/ Stores in Aviation industry

  • Strong verbal and written skills in English and Chinese

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work in teams

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong personal values corresponding with Jet Aviation values (Trust, Honesty, Alignment, Transparency)
