Maintenance Coordinator - Zürich or Basel
As Maintenance Coordinator,  you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients by ensuring that all aircraft related services are performed to the full satisfaction of your clients. You will collaborate with the appropriate interfaces such as authorities, operators, client, and MRO to ensure continued airworthiness of the aircraft fleet, while controlling cost, overseeing renewal of related certificates, manuals, documentation, and service agreements.
Description/Tasks:

·       Request and review quotations and ensure maintenance is executed in accordance to the regulatory requirements of the respective NAA and the approved AMP

·       Organize, oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in cooperation with MRO

·       Assessment of AD issued by the NAA

·       Evaluate, asses and organize the performance of mandatory, as well as recommended and optional SBs

·       Evaluate, asses and organize possible modifications requested by the client

·       Prepare and organize the renewal of the C of A with the NAA

·       Respond to AOG situations by coordinating or rectifying with respective MRO

·       Review, evaluate the approved maintenance data issued be the OEM’s and organize the revision and the approval of the respective documents by the NAA

·       Support customer in relation to aircraft purchase and sales projects

·       Complete vendor application forms, provide contract completion for new aircraft fleet

·       Respond and resolve client complaints & requests in relation to MRO

Qualification/Experience:

·       EASA Part 66 license or equivalent degree or experience

·       3+ years of relevant work experience in aircraft airworthiness environment or related field

·       Thorough knowledge in EASA Part-M, OTAR Part 39 and equivalent regulatory requirements

·       Thorough knowledge of aircraft management and understanding of various flight services

·       Good understanding of commercial drivers of aircraft management

·       Strong communication and influencing skills

Fluent in both spoken and written English
The position can be located either in Basel or Zürich, however the first training months will take place in Zürich
