The Director Regional Sales is responsible for the sale of MRO and FBO services for Jet Aviation Asia Pacific (APAC) region. As the Sales Director, you will maintain current customer base and grow Jet Aviation market share in existing and new market segments in the APAC region. Your scope of work commences at introducing Jet Aviation to potential customers, building strong, positive relationships through to successfully negotiating and closing contracts and projects subject to company policy in terms of prices and delivery dates.
— Full accountability for achieving sales objectives for MRO out of the region
— Jet Aviation representative to customers, OEMs, partners as well as conferences and trade shows
— Maintains customer base, through efficient regular customer visits and build-up relevant MRO market segment with respect to customers, decision-makers, authorities, partners and representatives
— Responsible for new business development through prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing opportunities.
— Responsible for issuing responses to RFQs in collaboration with MRO, Operational Support and Legal
— In collaboration with Operation Support provide quotes to customers and ensures necessary follow up to ensure effective project closing
— Provides timely and accurate data for operational support to quote in accordance with customer expectations and priorities
— Collaborate with quotation and revenues management on preparation of quotes
— Handover of projects into operations and Aircraft groups at point of sales
— Contribute to the development of Sales Plans, forecasting business volume for future periods and regular site / product sales calls
— Ensure accuracy of accounts, business opportunities and follow-up status in SalesForce
— Prepare weekly sales and ad-hoc reports on activities and sales achievements
— Work closely with Customer Support and PMO to ensure exceptional customer care during their project downtime
— Strong cross selling approach to support other lines of business
— Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
— Minimum 10 years in Sales Experience or in an equivalent Sales Management/Director role
— Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical qualification required, with other relevant advanced degree preferred
— Significant experience in Sales
— Fluent in English. Preference for a strong competence (Mandarin, Cantonese) in a second relevant language is preferred but not essential
