In order to reinforce the Human Resources team in Basel we are currently recruiting for an
Billing Department Employee
To empower our Billing Team in Zurich FBO we are currently looking for a
Description/Tasks:
  • prepare and issue invoices and credit notes 
  • process of customer/supplier invoices in SAP 
  • edit/respond to customer inquiries 
  • provide direct support to stakeholders 
  • drive and keep assigned projects on schedule 
  • carry out general administrative tasks 
  • other duties as required
Qualification/Experience:
  • one or two years of work experience in a similar position 
  • aviation experience and background 
  • fluent in English (German or other language skills are a plus)
  • strong knowledge of MS Office 
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • result driven - able to execute with high personal accountability 
  • flexibility, very well organized and team player
