Customer Services Excellence Flight Support - 6 months
You are focal point of contact for our customers, visitors, suppliers. They notify appropriate parties of their arrival and greet and guide customers in a welcoming, friendly, and respectful manner and make sure the customer feels at home. It will be your task to deliver uncompromising customer service standards. If a customer has a specific request, you will actively support and provide assistance to them. As Specialist in Customer Services Excellence Flight Support you provide a positive and professional first impression by exhibiting the proper appearance and service level.
Description/Tasks:
  • First line customer experience – greet customers upon aircraft arrival, promoting a positive image of jet aviation as the first customer contact
  • Proactive support in the customer and pilots’ lounge
  • Proactive management and coordination of the customer offices
  • Greet departing customers, confirm the aircraft is released from handling side
  • Maintain the daily planning schedule for arrivals and departures 
  • Take care of handling requests and distribute information to the appropriate aircraft groups 
  • Direct link between the company and the border police, the airport and the external service providers 
  • Issue visitor and customer badges 
  • Answering incoming calls to the main phone line and route calls appropriately 
  • Ensure the reception and waiting area is tidy 
  • Cooperate closely with the Customer Service teams to secure efficient and professional customer handling 
  • Coordinate customer transportation requests with VIP drivers, taxi companies and hotels 
  • Manage and update the daily pick-up list and coordinate changes with the drivers
  • Coordinate car parking with our Security Team 
  • Adhere to the company standards of excellence for exceptional customer service, grooming and dress code
  • Adhere to all EHS policy and procedures 
Qualification/Experience:
  • Successfully completed apprenticeship in the field of hospitality, hotel management or equivalent aviation background
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and web-based applications
  • Two years’ related experience as a commercial driver strongly preferred
  • Driving license
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), French and German would be an advantage
  • Customer service and safety focused
  • Excellent communications, customer service and people skills
  • Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability
  • Strong initiative and self-direction
