In order to reinforce the Facility team in Basel we are currently offering an
Internship - Facility Project & Maintenance - 6 months
The Facility Management Department at Jet Aviation is responsible for Real Estate, Facilities Project Management, Services, Maintenance & Repairs. As part of the Facility Project & Maintenance team, you will also be supporting the whole Facility Management Department
  • Support minor/major Facility Projects
  • Manage small projects from concept to implementation
  • Organize & manage minor repair/maintenance
  • Coordinate with internal customers and external suppliers
  • Support Facility Management Processes
  • React and support events and responses to emergencies
  • Review space utilization (office space, meeting rooms, storage)
  • Define what areas can be optimized and organize clean-up
  • Update Facility Masterplan (space allocation and layouts)
  • Support events and general ad-hoc business needs

  • Good level of English. French or German also an advantage
