Qualification/Experience:
- 2 years’ related experience in business aviation
- Knowledgeable in ground operations or customer service aspects of the private aviation sector
- Exhibits confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates others to perform well;
- Capacity to adapt to a challenging and fast-moving environment, with changing priorities and a heavy workload
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Extraordinary customer focus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must present a team effort approach, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be proactive, efficient, customer focused and able to work under pressure with tight Deadlines
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
