Travel Specialist

To empower our team in ZRH Offices we are currently looking for a

Description/Tasks:

Flight, Hotel and Car Rental bookings based on company and client requirements including the communication to different internal and external offices as well as client offices
Assist Crew Coordination / Dispatch to ensure Crew Travel Requirements are met (including pre-VISA and other special authorization letter preparation)
Coordination of all travel arrangements related to Crew training with training department and various ATO's
Crew travel monitoring (monitor airline movement and coordinate within Dispatch / Flight Ops Team)
Manage internal and external Travel and Dispatch related invoices

Qualification/Experience:

Multiple years' experience in the field of international / business travel as a Travel Agent
Good knowledge / skills in Travel Agent tools such as Sabre or Galileo / Amadeus and MS Office
Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written)
Team player, customer oriented and communicative personality
Flexibility regarding working hours (partly public holidays)
