In order to reinforce the Aircraft Management Sales team in Zurich we are currently recruiting for a

Director Aircraft Management Sales

Active Sale of "Operation Management Agreements, Flight Support Agreements" & CAMO
Support the Senior Director Sales in developing and executing of sales strategies, customized to the respective market conditions (inkl. mailings and other marketing campaigns)
Prepare offers and aircraft operating budgets, resp. concepts
Correspondence in connection with new acquisitions
Contract negotiations
Structure planning and execution of sales travels
After Sales support clients
Maintaining relations with industry partners as OEM's, MRO's, Financial Institutions, others
Use of SalesForce CRM Tool
Assure current compliance procedures are followed at all times

Description/Tasks:

Acquisition and sale of Jet Aviation Business Jet's operations Management - and Flight Support Modules
Sales targets according to respective territorial allocation
Independent market cultivation
Autonomous sales and marketing actions according to internal rules
Independent processing of new leads

Qualification/Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Extensive practical experience in a similar role
Proven network of aircraft owners in the respective territories
In depth knowledge about aircraft operations
Sound knowledge about the aviation industry and the business aviation market
Proficiency in English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer orientation
