Vice President Business Development EMEA
In this function you will be responsible for the direction and management of all business development operations in the region. First and foremost, you will lead the design, development and implementation of regional strategies across all lines of business, using and translating market intelligence data and developing market share that drives profitable growth. Above and beyond, you will liaise with regional counterparts, Gulfstream, Global Customer Relations as well as other relevant stakeholders, aligning on salesforce effectiveness, agents network management and incentive plans.
  • Create and drive strategies for the region network products, pricing, and services across all lines of business to increase volume
  • Collect, analyze, and translate market intelligence data into actionable strategies and sales plans
  • Lead and coordinate the creation of regional and local connections, leads and favorable environment for targeted execution by Sales Product Specialists
  • Coordinate and align with regional Business Development counterparts for global customers experience (incl. Jet Pack), Jet Aviation managed fleet, Gulfstream relationship, incentive plans, agents network management, and other sales performance monitoring and reporting
  • Represent Jet Aviation with regional and global customers and create inter-company, inter-line-of-business networks that optimize/increase revenue value from exiting commercial customer relationships
  • Build and leverage relationships with key industry stakeholders to retain and expand the current Jet Aviation footprint
  • Facilitate regional input across the multiple lines of business to enable buy in for regional and global sales contracts
  • Lead the application of Jet Aviation sales standards throughout the team in culture, training, process, and systems
  • Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network
Key Metrics include overall regional and sub-regional revenue, gross Margin, and customer satisfaction
  • At least 15 years of industry experience in Leadership, Sales, Commercial and Operations
  • Experience building and executing network products and services
  • A strategic thinker able to operate at a global level and use relevant data and reports to build commercial strategies
  • Ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization and clients’ organizations across multiple lines of business
  • Strong industry relationships, interpersonal skills, and cultural awareness to build, expand and retain those relationships regionally and globally
  • Strong customer service culture
  • Experience of talent management and advancement and diversity within multi-cultural teams
  • Experienced in change management and leading stakeholders through change
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead regionally placed teams
