In order to reinforce the Human Resources team in Hong Kong we are currently recruiting for a
Recruiter
The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end completion of internal recruiting assignments including sourcing and interviewing candidates for a range of positions within Asia.
Description/Tasks:
  • In response to recruitment needs; generate and maintain advertisements across various recruitment platforms 
  • Build and manage a talent pool within aviation and related industries including headhunting for senior and highly qualified positions
  • Responsible for recruitment processes across all open roles for the defined region including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interview and facilitating pre-employment checks
  • Collaborate with managers and HR team members to obtain detailed job specifications and requirements, ensuring that competencies are met as best as possible within the market 
  • Pursue and utilizes various sources for optimal candidate sourcing; increasing Jet Aviation’s presence within the market
  • Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to stay competitive
  • Maintains accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and recruitment activity
  • Occasionally travels to work-sites, job markets and recruitment events 
  • Follows and helps to improve practices and process for all recruiting activities within the organization, including system functionality
  • Perform other duties or special projects as needed

Qualification/Experience:
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • 3+ years related experience in a similar recruiting role
  • Strong English and Cantonese speaking, including written Chinese
  • Applicant tracking database experience preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office products
