Specialist IT Administration (6-month Contract)
As the Specialist IT Administration of Jet Aviation you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support on Infrastructure Services for the global user community within Jet Aviation.  As Jet Aviation’s Specialist IT Administration you will primarily support Business enablement through implementing new technologies & services, in line with the organization’s vision and strategy. You will be required to work closely with various IT groups and business partners to implement and maintain technical solutions globally.
Description/Tasks:
  • Provides 1st and 2nd level technical IT Infrastructure support to local and remote Jet Aviation internal users
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office suite and other applications as assigned
  • Maintains security and running of IT hardware, software and network infrastructure
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of Microsoft 365 Azure cloud
  • Manage users' access right & all IT asset inventory
  • Perform regular system reviews, work on pro-active performance tuning and resilience improvements
  • Maintain IT-related documentation e.g. Work Instructions, SOP’s and SOM’s, Procedures Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support 
  • Handle and track Incident, Requests, Tasks, Problem and Changes in ITSM ServiceNow
  • Provide operation support for the organization’s information systems and peripheral equipment, such as servers, desktops, laptops, printers, switches and storage devices
  • Leads by example as a proactive, flexible, forward thinking individual that works to the best of his/her abilities, while embodying and promoting ONE Jet values (Trust, Honesty, Alignment and Transparency)
  • Provide/Co-ordinate 2nd level support and coordinate 3rd level activities with different IT groups & external vendors
  • Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network

Qualification/Experience:
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Sciences / Information Technology or equivalent
  • ITIL Foundation certified
  • 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Capacity to adapt to a challenging and fast-moving environment, with changing priorities and a heavy workload
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and service orientation
  • Very strong communication skills and experience communicating to diverse internal and external stakeholders
