In order to reinforce the Sales Team in Basel we are currently recruiting for an
Avionic Sales Specialist

In this position you are responsible for developing Sales for VIP Interior Cabin Upgrades. Moreover, you initiate marketing campaigns in support of the Sales Director in EMEA & APAC.

Description/Tasks:
  • Support the quotation efforts to develop any Avionics & System upgrades linked to cabin interior
  • Work with SCM and Avionics/IFE suppliers to be up to date on OEM improvements, system obsolescence as well as new technologies coming on the market to identify main opportunities
  • Be interested to next generation technologies, assess the market interest & integration feasibility and develop business case to get approval for development program
  • Support aircraft survey and prepare pro-active recommendation to customer
  • Initiate marketing campaign to increase cabin upgrade visibility on the latest development
  • Provide training to Sales Director on the new Jet Aviation product development
  • Ready for traveling to support Sales Director during customer meetings
  • Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
Qualification/Experience:
  • At least 5 years’ related experience in Avionic Technical and Program Management
  • Proficient in English, any other language is plus
  • Experienced in leading a core team for new product development
  • Excellent communications, customer service and people skills
  • Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability
  • Strong initiative and self-direction 
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and ready to travel
