In order to reinforce the IT team in Zurich we are currently recruiting for an
IT Support and Solutions Analyst

The IT Support and Solutions Analyst is responsible to provide technical support to internal customers and teams.

Main responsibilities:
  • Provide Systems Support; evaluate and resolve computer systems user problems
  • Support existing production systems by monitoring, maintaining, documenting, trouble shooting and resolving issues
  • Install and update software applications and operating systems patches and releases, configure software and hardware
  • Manage users' access right & all IT asset inventory
  • Write and maintain detailed systems documentation, including user manuals and technical manuals, Work Instructions, SOP’s and SOM’s, Procedures
  • Handle and track Incident, Requests, Tasks, Problem and Changes in ITSM ServiceNow and maintain a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development to restore service and/or identify problems
  • Collaborate with internal customers and more senior solutions analysts to define scope & requirements, identify key issues, review possible solutions, and present a recommendation
  • Translate user and/or systems requirements into functional technical specifications
  • Collaborate on the creation of test cases, test scripts and execution of test scripts
  • Provide/Co-ordinate 2nd level support and coordinate 3rd level activities with different IT groups & external vendors
  • Prepare specifications, work/support instructions, training materials and other technical documents as needed
  • Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (IT etc.) from an accredited university
  • 0-2 years of related work experience
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); German is beneficial
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and service orientation
  • Very strong communication skills and experience communicating to diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong customer focus
