Human Resources Business Partner - Jet Aviation Amsterdam Airport The Netherlands (part-time: 24 hours)

The Human Resources Business Partner coordinates the day-to-day operations of Human Resources for Amsterdam and Rotterdam/The Haque Airport facilities. Reports direct to the VP HR EMEA, works in close cooperation with the local General Manager and is responsible for the implementation and administration of policies, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, procedures and programs etc.

  • Operational management of all HR processes (sickness management, pension rule, employee insurances etc.) along the HR life cycle for Jet Aviation in The Netherlands with approx. 50 employees;
  • Advising and supporting managers and employees in all HR-related issues and processes;
  • Active collaboration and support of HR management, implementing and ensuring the HR strategy, guidelines and processes;
  • Recruitment in close cooperation with VP HR and General Manager.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferable in HR area,
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience within an international environment (preferably);
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch Labor Law;
  • Good English communication competencies (written and spoken);
  • Solution-oriented, assertive and flexible personality with high social competence;
  • Pleasure and tact in dealing with different cultures and hierarchical levels;
  • Experienced handling of MS-Office and HR-IT-systems (SAP/Success Factor knowledge is an advantage);
  • Able to work under pressure with a quick grasp of what matters.
