In order to reinforce the Facility team in Basel we are currently recruiting for a
Real Estate & Facility Administration Specialist

In this position you will have varied responsibilities with involvement in Real Estate & Facilities management, including budget management, project management, contract management, processes and continuous improvement.

• Manage department budget, including, but not limited to, monthly billing statements, invoices, purchase orders as well as reporting and forecasting of capital and operating costs
• Monitor existing facility contracts and oversee contract renewals, modifications and obligations
• Review and evaluate performance of suppliers and contractors to ensure value for money and efficient operating costs
• Provide support to corporate Real Estate lease agreements for Jet Aviation EMEA region
• Manage or support Real Estate & Facility Management projects and processes across Jet Aviation sites in EMEA region
• Ensure compliance to all applicable procedures, rules, and regulations
• Develop and support implementation of Real Estate and Facility Management processes and tools across all projects and activities
• Produce effective professional documents, reports, presentations, and communication to ensure that it is appropriate for intended purpose or audiences
• Respond to and follow-up on all requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Other duties may be assigned

• University Degree 
• Very good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office; SharePoint, SAP & AutoCAD an advantage
• Very good oral, written and presentation communication skills and the ability to successfully interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent in German and good level in English; French would be an advantage
