In order to reinforce the Human Resources team in Hong Kong we are currently recruiting for an
HR Shared Services Specialist

As a member of the regional HR Shared Services team, the HR Shared Services Specialist will support employee life-cycle processes across all assigned sites. The HR Shared Services Specialist is expected to deliver high quality, accurate HR Shared Services to assigned client groups.

  • Provides efficient, standardized human resource services spanning payroll coordination, general HR administration related to the employee lifecycle processes, and other shared service transactions for the assigned region/sites
  • Produces accurate HR data, reporting and management information as requested
  • Ensure efficiency of HR shared services, technology (SuccessFactors & local tools) and transactional HR processes
  • Supports in setting standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of HR programs in accordance with global HR Shared Services and regional requirements
  • Supports in the coordination of HR shared services with regional HR business partners and regional HRIS
  • Any other duties as required to support the HR Department
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience within a Shared Services center or HR Operations team
  • Good knowledge of HR life-cycle processes and procedures
  • Ability to informally instruct, train, and share knowledge within HR Shared Services
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer service-orientation 
  • SAP HR, PeopleSoft or similar HRIS knowledge a must
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel advanced skills

Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The Hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
