HRIS Specialist

As part of the APAC HR Shared Services team, the successful candidate will support all areas of HR systems and metrics with focus on regional and global activities in Jet Aviation’s HRIS and LMS life cycle.

The HRIS specialist will be involved in scoping, developing and training all the way through to long-term maintenance. With multiple systems involved (SuccessFactors, iChris, ELMO) and ongoing module rollouts, the role will require strong project management, strategic approach and detail orientation. Additionally, the role will be involved in reporting, maintaining data integrity, troubleshooting issues and developing solutions. 

  • Maintaining data integrity within HRIS Systems and databases (including HRIS tables, codes, security and integration).
  • Delivering routine interval reporting and responding to ad-hoc requirements.
  • Conducting analysis on data for General Manager/Executives as well as providing insights.
  • Coordinator, schedule and track project needs of all sizes.
  • Troubleshooting all HRIS/HR Tech related issues fostering a close working relationship with IT.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR Shared Services team as needed.
  • 2 years previous experience in a similar role with demonstrated understanding of HRIS Frameworks.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with iChris (Chris21/Frontier) is highly desired in a multi-country environment.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors (HRIS) and ELMO (LMS).
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Proactive customer service approach and always working towards a solution.
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
