Director HR Services EMEA

The Director HR Services EMEA will execute on HR Shared Services for the assigned site(s) across EMEA. He/She will lead tactical HR Shared Services and HRIS projects that will help standardize and simplify all of Jet Aviation HR processes at EMEA level. The Director HR Services EMEA will provide support in the design, implementation, maintenance and governance of our HR processes across the assigned sites. He/She will lead the team of HR-Shared Services, Payroll and HRIS specialists.

  • Overall responsibility to lead the Shared Services and HR Systems function for the assigned sites across EMEA 
  • Define the service priorities and improvement initiatives, and provide a clear understanding of deliverables and dependencies, including the collaboration with external outsourcing partners
  • Responsible to ensure efficient, standardized HR services spanning: payroll coordination, general HR administration related to the employees lifecycle processes, and other transactions for the assigned site(s) provided through a team of HR Shared Services Specialists
  • Responsible for regional HRIS systems functionality for SAP HCM and Success Factors while ensuring that user experience is improved and system efficiency is gained
  • Lead projects of the planned digitalization in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure that accurate HR data, reporting and management information is produced
  • Collaborate on projects and actively promote planned digitalization
  • Deal with local Authorities for HR related matters and audits and be accountable for HR compliance in line with local regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with global, regional, and local CoEs and relevant HRBP colleagues to design and deliver best practice HR solutions
  • University degree (ideally with focus on Human Resources, Labor law or economics) or equivalent professional experience

  • Several years of successful experience in similar HR roles, including interaction with external parties

  • Solid Experience in implementing HR projects and managing change in a multi-national company environment, including strong exposure to digital HR Transformation projects

  • Experience in process design and implementation, good understanding of HR procedures

  • Very good Knowledge of Swiss Payrolling, Swiss labor law and social insurances

  • IT affinity as well as adept knowledge of MS Office and salary systems

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace changing environment and with experience in navigating a matrix organization

  • Able to execute with high personal accountability and showing readiness to occasionally help out on the day-to day operations

  • Strong leadership and communication skills that inspires innovative practices and transforms legacy mindsets

  • Knowledge of other European labor law, insurances systems and Payroll is a strong asset
