Aircraft Maintenance Technician B1
As Aircraft Maintenance Technician at Jet Aviation you will be working as part of a dedicated maintenance team and will be responsible for successfully carrying out a variety of maintenance tasks on an aircraft in accordance with Jet Aviation procedures and aviation regulations. You will be operating under the Jet Aviation Part 145 approval, the Jet Aviation Health and Safety policy, customer requests and other airworthiness requirements.
- Executes inspections, modifications, maintenance tasks, repairs within trade skills while ensuring safety and product quality on aircrafts.
- Ensures the timely and accurate recording of work executed on the aircraft.
- Performs installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on airplanes using one or more trade skills.
- Prepares and maintains records of completed maintenance repair work.Maintains current knowledge of all applicable procedures and safety measures.
Mechanical/technical apprenticeship (preferably in aviation or related field)
Aircraft Maintenance Technician Level I:
Ability to complete basic maintenance tasks with full supervision from the Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (e.g. removing panels, lubrication, cleaning)
Aircraft Maintenance Technician Level II:
Ability to remove and install aircraft parts, perform GVI and DI
At least two years of relevant experience in a Part 145 organization
