As the 
Billing & AWR Specialist of Jet Aviation you will be responsible for project preparation, AWRs, customer statements and billing processes. Furthermore, you provide information to the Project Manager and the Project Supervisor on time and take care of the OEM warranty claims and Special Programs.  

You will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders throughout the company to ensure that our processes and procedures of invoicing and quotation are fully respected, all our commercial documents are globally aligned, executed effectively and in-line with customer contracts.

Main responsibilities:
  • Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints
  • Resolves customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively
  • Continuous customer update of financial status of their project
  • Issues quotations for AWRs and defects in time
  • Maintains the cash flow ratio as high as possible (DP invoices vs Sales projection)
  • Issues final invoices i.a.w Jet Aviation policies and customer contracts and defined deadline
Minimum Qualification/Experience:
  • Job relevant vocational training/ technical apprenticeship or equivalent work experience
  • Two to three years’ experience in Billing in a similar environment or role
  • Solid skills in Billing or equivalent work experience
  • Solid knowledge of functional processes in functional area
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); any other language is a plus
