Business Aviation Sales Manager - Eastern Europe

As a Sales Manager for Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS region, you will be responsible to build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers for Jet Aviation customer accounts in the region.

  • Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities: win new MRO, FBO, AM, Staffing opportunities and CMPL leads.

  • Manages complete Russian customer relationship and develops direct relationship with PA or owner in the Russian region.

  • Responsible for regional revenues for all EMEA & A sites and services according to strategy and capabilities.

  • Follow Quotes through closing.

  • May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.

  • Must be able to provide and explain aircraft technical information to our customers.

  • Provide the correct information and collaborate with other Jet Services to streamline the quotation process (design and engineering input, etc.)

  • In cooperation with Global Customer Support and Communication, organize and set up events

  • Provide internal and external support in terms of contracts/explanations from Russian to English language

  • 10 years’ experience in aeronautics, mandatory in Business Aviation

  • Solid relationships within the business aviation industry in the region

  • Experience with MRO business, FBO and aircraft management sales

  • Russian mother tongue and excellent English level both written and verbal

  • In-depth understanding of the business aviation industry, OEM’s, and the regulatory framework

  • Strong sales and technical background

  • Engineering Bachelor degree or similar from an accredited university

  • Project Management experience

  • Unrestricted availability for extensive travel periods

  • Knowledge of various Eastern European countries a plus

  • Experience with Salesforce and Planilog programs very beneficial

  • Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
