Job tasks
You will be responsible for the administration of training events tasks, including: 
  • managing training event calendars and course registrations 
  • booking logistics for training events (room, catering…) 
  • booking accommodation and travel for speakers and trainers 
  • managing course registrations 
  • helping course applicants with their enquiries 
  • managing web site pages and promotion of training events (including keeping the web pages for training events up to date) 
  • supporting onsite the events 
  • following-up expenses and budget reconciliation 
  • following-up of satisfaction of trainees
Profile requirements
Essential 
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word), email and internet applications 
  • You have excellent written and spoken English language skills 
  • You are a self-motivated individual with excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively as a part of a team and keep calm under pressure

Assets 
  • French and German are a plus 
  • Some experience of database entry and management, video editing and social media
