At least 2 years of experience in the preparation of sushi (sushi training an advantage)

🍣 The Negishi Sushi Bar is one of the food concepts of the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie (FWG) and is popular for its varied sushi creations. Located on Stänzlergasse in Basel, the restaurant seats up to 80 people indoors and another 32 seats outside. The Negishi Sushi Bar Steinen is one of the few restaurants in FWG with a Kaiten, a sushi conveyor belt. Thereby our on-site team puts a smile on the face of each of our guests because the motto of the Negishi Sushi Bar is: "eat - smile - enjoy".
