Your profile

At least 2 years of experience in the preparation of sushi (sushi training an advantage)
Good command of English and intermediate German
Clean, efficient and precise way of working

🍜 Nooch Asian Kitchen is one of the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie oldest food concepts and has been bringing Asian street food to Switzerland for over 15 years. There is always a lot going on at the restaurant on Barfüsserplatz in Basel: Guests can enjoy their meal in the restaurant on one of our 16 swings, for example, or pick up their take-away order on site. The Nooch Asian Kitchen at Barfüsserplatz is spread over two floors and offers over 115 seats.
