Your profile

At least 2 years of experience in the preparation of sushi (sushi training an advantage)
Good command of English and intermediate German
Clean, efficient and precise way of working

🍣 The Negishi Sushi Bar is one of the food concepts of the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie (FWG) and is popular for its varied sushi creations. The restaurant at Pelikanplatz stands out with its unique design and offers our guests over 50 seats indoors, as well as a boulevard area with additional seating. Our guests can select their sushi boxes from the large display case and take them home or enjoy them on site. The great team at Pelikanplatz is also responsible for take-away pick-ups and putting a smile on each of our guests' faces. Because the motto of the Negishi Sushi Bar is: "eat - smile - enjoy".
