Your profile

At least 2 years of experience in the preparation of sushi (sushi training an advantage)
Good command of English and intermediate German

🍣 The Negishi Sushi Bar is one of the food concepts of the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie (FWG) and is popular for its varied sushi creations. Right in the heart of Zurich's Niederdorf district, Negishi Sushi Bar seats over 50 guests in the restaurant and another 50 in the boulevard area. The on-site team is also responsible for take-away and delivery orders, putting a smile on the face of each of our guests. Because the motto of Negishi Sushi Bar is: "eat - smile - enjoy".
