🍔 🍜 🍣 The Kitchen Republic combines several food concepts of the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie. With just one order, our guests can choose their favorite dishes from different food brands online. At Heinrichstrasse, the Kitchen Republic is responsible for delivery and take-away orders from the well-known brands Negishi Sushi Bar, Nooch Asian Kitchen, Poke Nation, The Dumpling Brothers, The Butcher and Angry Chicken. The Kitchen Republic Zurich-West is the only location of this Ghostkitchen concept that also operates a restaurant.
