Your tasks

  • Managing the business according to our business policy principles and guidelines in the absence of management
  • Planning of employee assignments incl. hour control
  • Train and supervise the employees
  • Ordering according to order set
  • Control of incoming deliveries and invoices
  • Management of the company cash book
  • Carrying out the daily and monthly closings including monthly inventory
  • General office work

Your profile

  • Completed hotel management school / federally certified business manager or completed apprenticeship in gastronomy / hotel business with corresponding professional experience

Miss Miu - naughty Korean

🍲 Miss Miu is a Korean food concept from the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie with 2 locations in the German part of Switzerland. The provocatively decorated restaurant in Europaallee offers a perfect mix of Korean food and delicious drinks and burlesque feeling with the in-house speakeasy bar called Gypsy Rose. The restaurant, located on Europaallee in Zurich, can seat over 200 guests indoors and around 80 guests outdoors. The on-site team is also responsible for all take-away and delivery orders.
