Your tasks 
  • Efficient distribution of live orders to the couriers in the scheduling tool 
  • Combine orders by zone (city knowledge required) 
  • Hours/stamp control at the beginning and end of the shift 
  • Forward planning of shifts and drivers 
  • Adapt planning to external influences (weather, demos, etc.) 
  • Adherence to rules and protection concepts 
  • Enforcing order and cleanliness 
  • Communication with internal interfaces 
  • Complaint management 
  • Training of the employees • Closing of the facility including control

Your profile

  • You know the city like the back of your hand 
  • Cycling is more than just a means of transport for you 
  • You have already gained some leadership experience 
  • For advantage you have already worked as a bike courier yourself 
  • You have your own bike • Good German language skills 
  • Well groomed appearance • Reliable and flexible

Delivery Bern "1 order - 4 food brands".

Delivery Bern, known to our guests as Kitchen Republic Bern, combines several food concepts of the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie (FWG). With just one order, guests can choose their favorite dishes from different restaurants online. In Bern at Viktoriaplatz, Delivery Bern is responsible for online ordering of the food brands Negishi Sushi Bar, Nooch Asian Kitchen, Poke Nation and The Dumpling Brothers. Delivery Bern focuses on online business, but during breaks customers can eat at the new Nooch Asian Kitchen right next door.
