  • Independent management of your own service station with debt collection (predominantly at weekends)

🍔 The Butcher is one of many food concepts of Familie Wiesner Gastronomie (FWG) and offers handmade burgers with patties made of Swiss meat - grilled medium - or plant-based burgers as a vegetarian or vegan option. At The Butcher in Zurich's Niederdorf district, our guests enjoy healthy fast food in a stylish and robust restaurant with seating for around 150. The team serves our guests indoors or in the front garden and is also responsible for take-away orders.
