Your Tasks


  • Provide the mise en place for lunch and dinner service
  • Produce Sushi Rolls
  • Independent preparation of specials and dishes of the day
  • General cleaning work
  • Adherence to the hygiene concept according to HACCP

Your proflie

  • At least 2 years of experience in the preparation of sushi (sushi training an advantage)
  • Good command of English and intermediate German
  • Clean, efficient and precise way of working

🍜 Nooch Asian Kitchen is one of the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie oldest food concepts and has been bringing Asian street food to Switzerland for over 15 years. Located in the Mall of Switzerland shopping center in Ebikon, the restaurant offers fine Asian cuisine in the middle of the action to all shoppers who want to eat while they store. Guests can enjoy our specialties on site, or they can order them as take-away. In addition, the team is also responsible for delivery orders.
